Healing wounds and reclaiming strength through trauma-informed therapy.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients gently navigate old wounds, redefine their relationship with themselves, and create space for healing, reconnection, and rediscovery. Throughout my career, I’ve supported trauma survivors, youth in foster care, incarcerated individuals, immigrant communities, and people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences, reshaping internal narratives, and building a life that feels authentic, connected, and aligned with their values.
In therapy, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore how your past has shaped you while creating new patterns of self-worth, boundaries, and authentic living. My trauma-informed approach moves at your pace and centers your voice. Together, we’ll quiet the inner critic, heal the wounds that fuel self-doubt, and reconnect you with your true self.
Healing isn’t about erasing your past—it’s about learning to carry it differently. You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and free from the weight of old experiences. I believe deeply in your ability to become resilient and thrive.
An immigration psychological evaluation is a confidential mental health assessment used to support immigration cases by documenting the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, abuse, persecution, or family separation. Conducted by a licensed clinician in California, the evaluation includes a clinical interview and a detailed written report submitted to immigration attorneys and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). These evaluations are commonly used for asylum, VAWA, U visa, T visa, and extreme hardship cases.
Clients can expect a confidential, compassionate evaluation process, including a clinical interview and a detailed written report prepared for immigration attorneys and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our approach prioritizes clarity, dignity, and emotional safety.
“Immigration evaluations are available across California, in English and Spanish, via secure telehealth or in-person services.
In-person interviews are available in Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County.”
